The VL5G is an integrated system that combines high-definition (HD) video-data transmission and remote control capabilities. It supports global network connectivity with no distance restrictions, seamlessly operating on both 4G and 5G networks to ensure reliable performance across regions.
This system enables stable transmission of 720P (4Mbps, 25fps) and 1080P (4Mbps, 25fps) video streams, with video latency as low as 200ms. Its Ethernet hub is equipped with 2 camera input ports, allowing it to synchronously share flight data and video feeds—facilitating multi-party remote surveillance and control.
Leveraging 4G/5G mobile networks for transmission, the VL5G holds significant advantages over traditional point-to-point communication methods, particularly in scenarios such as low-altitude flight, long-distance flight, complex environments, and areas with numerous obstacles. Moreover, it is not constrained by distance: as long as a mobile network is available, the drone can be connected to and controlled. The recommended flight altitude for this system is approximately 300 meters.
