Industrial Burner Series Characteristics
The industrial burner series primarily includes three models utilizing detonation combustion technology: EG201, EG202, and HOH105. The EG201 is mainly applied in industrial heating scenarios, while the EG202 is integrated with gas turbines for power plant applications. The HOH105 enables hydrogen-rich combustion for use in hydrogen heating, incineration, metallurgy, and other fields. Benefiting from the rapid combustion reaction of detonation combustion technology, these burners offer advantages such as ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions and high combustion efficiency. Under gas turbine emission standards, NOx emissions can achieve ultra-low levels below 5 ppm.
Industrial Burner Series advantages:
- Ultra-low NOx emissions: Through precision engineering, the MTN-HEG series detonation burners control NOx emissions below 10 mg/Nm³, minimizing environmental impact.
- High-efficiency energy conversion: By leveraging detonation technology, energy conversion efficiency is significantly enhanced, delivering greater economic efficiency compared to traditional combustion methods.
