China Moneypro Precision Centrifugal Testing Component

The precision centrifuge is designed to generate a highly stable and accurately controlled standard acceleration environment. It is primarily used for calibration and performance testing of quartz inertial devices within their full operating measurement range. The system enables precise parameter identification by separating and solving individual coefficients in the model equations, ensuring high-accuracy inertial sensor characterization.

Main Technical Specifications

  1. Acceleration range: ±0.5g to ±70g.

  2. Acceleration measurement uncertainty:

    • Within (0.5g to 1g) range: 5×10⁻⁵ g (k=1)

    • Within (1g to 70g) range: 5×10⁻⁵ (k=1)

  3. Rotational speed requirements

    • Speed range: 20 to 340 r/min

    • Speed measurement uncertainty: 2×10⁻⁵ (k=1)

    • Speed setting resolution: 2×10⁻⁴ r/min

    • Speed stability: <2×10⁻⁵ (1-minute average)

    • Speed repeatability: <1.5×10⁻⁶

  4. Turntable surface and radius requirements

    • Table diameter: 0.9 m

    • Working radius: approximately 0.45 m

  5. Azimuth angle of the mounting reference surface for the high-performance quartz inertial device

    • The settable azimuth angle shall be at least 0° or 180° to allow calibration of the high-performance quartz inertial device in both positive and negative acceleration directions.

    • Azimuth misalignment angle: θ ≤ 3′

  6. Pitch misalignment angle of the mounting reference surface for the high-performance quartz inertial device: θ ≤ 10″

  7. Angle between the main spindle rotation centerline and the vertical line: θ ≤ 20″

  8. Slip ring requirements

    • Number of rings: 20 rings (using two wires combined)

    • Dynamic contact resistance variation: <0.05 Ω

    • Insulation resistance: 300 MΩ / 500 VDC

    • Operating current: 1 A

  9. Load capacity

    • The centrifuge has a load capacity of 15 kg (including fixtures).

  10. Fixtures

    • Used for mounting the high-performance quartz inertial device under test; four devices can be installed at one time.

  11. Self-diagnostic function

    • The equipment shall have a self-diagnostic function.

  12. Operating mode: Automatic mode. Speed control, dynamic radius measurement, and output measurement of the high-performance quartz inertial device are performed by a computer according to operator commands.

  13. Safety requirements

    • Since the centrifuge is a large rotating equipment, safety protection design shall be implemented against various possible unexpected situations.

  14. Equipment reliability

    • The equipment shall be capable of continuous operation for 8 hours under normal conditions for calibrating high-performance quartz inertial devices.

    • MTBF of the equipment > 2000 hours.
