UAV Heating Pitot Tube

Fixed-wing UAVs frequently face pitot tube icing issues when operating at high altitudes or in cold regions. To address this problem, a new intelligent heated pitot tube, the AS2, has been specifically developed.
The AS2 is CNC-machined from full aluminum alloy, boasting advantages such as light weight, high strength, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and uniform appearance and color. Its built-in smart chip enables automatic recognition of the surrounding environment, triggering automatic startup and heating. Once the temperature meets the operational requirements, the device will automatically shut off power.
Furthermore, the AS2 features extremely low power consumption, so its impact on the battery life of electric UAVs is nearly negligible. It can also operate normally at a maximum flight speed of Mach 0.8, which is equivalent to 272 meters per second.
