China Moneypro Functional Centrifugal Testing Component

The Functional Centrifugal Testing Component is designed for qualitative performance evaluation of quartz inertial devices within their measurement range. It ensures the qualification rate during precision range testing. By generating controlled centrifugal force through rotational motion, the system allows real-time analysis of sensor output characteristics under varying acceleration conditions.

The functional turntable includes the shaft system, turntable, base, and torque motor. Its main function is to perform functional centrifuge testing of either a complete high-performance quartz inertial device (with circuitry) or a single sensor head/sensor core (without circuitry), one device at a time.

China Moneypro Full-Temperature Automatic Test Component

This advanced automated test system is designed for evaluating quartz inertial devices under various temperature conditions. It accurately measures bias (K0), scale factor (K1), second-order nonlinear coefficient (K2), and calculates temperature-dependent drift parameters such as ΔK0 and ΔK1 across a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. The system supports full temperature characterization, including temperature hysteresis, multi-temperature repeatability, and 0g warm-start drift testing. It features fully automated operation with data acquisition, storage, analysis, and multi-device batch testing capability.

China Moneypro MOPKT-EX2-1 Dual-Axis MEMS Micro-Electro-Mechanical Gyroscope Module Assembly

The MOPKT-EX2-1 dual-axis micro gyroscope module is built on a fully domestically developed MEMS gyroscope chip integrated with drive and signal acquisition circuits, temperature sensors, digital signal processing units, structural design, and embedded software. It is designed to measure real-time angular velocity along two horizontal axes of a carrier.

The system features full-temperature compensation, installation misalignment compensation, and nonlinear error correction algorithms. With RS-422 digital output, it provides highly reliable and calibrated angular velocity data even under static, dynamic, and harsh environmental conditions.

This automated quartz inertial device testing system is a high-precision integrated solution designed for simultaneous testing of up to 24 high-performance quartz inertial components. It combines a dual-layer temperature control insulation system, multi-channel data acquisition, programmable control, and industrial computing units. The system enables fully automated testing, data acquisition, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high efficiency, stability, and measurement accuracy in inertial sensor calibration and evaluation.

China Moneypro Functional Dynamic Integrated Test Component

This Quartz Inertial Device Functional & Dynamic Test and Analysis System is designed for both full-unit testing and separated component testing of high-performance quartz inertial sensors. The system allows independent or combined testing of the sensor head and circuit board, enabling precise matching and performance evaluation.

It supports functional testing such as ±1g and 0g output verification, as well as dynamic parameter analysis including natural frequency, cutoff frequency, overshoot, half-wave oscillation cycles, and damping characteristics. It also measures noise performance and installation errors. The system features a simple one-switch operation to toggle between functional testing and dynamic testing modes.

The MOPKT-JB6 Series Quartz Flexible Accelerometer is a miniaturized, high-temperature, and shock-resistant acceleration sensor designed for both static and dynamic measurements. As a standard vibration sensor, it delivers highly stable current output proportional to input acceleration, making it ideal for precision measurement systems in harsh environments.
