China Moneypro Functional Dynamic Integrated Test Component

This Quartz Inertial Device Functional & Dynamic Test and Analysis System is designed for both full-unit testing and separated component testing of high-performance quartz inertial sensors. The system allows independent or combined testing of the sensor head and circuit board, enabling precise matching and performance evaluation.

It supports functional testing such as ±1g and 0g output verification, as well as dynamic parameter analysis including natural frequency, cutoff frequency, overshoot, half-wave oscillation cycles, and damping characteristics. It also measures noise performance and installation errors. The system features a simple one-switch operation to toggle between functional testing and dynamic testing modes.

The MOPKT-JB1 Series Quartz Flexible Accelerometer is a high-precision vibration and acceleration sensor designed for both static and dynamic testing. It features excellent long-term stability, repeatability, startup performance, and environmental adaptability. This high-performance inertial measurement module (IMU) provides real-time measurement of three-axis angular rate and three-axis acceleration. It integrates advanced compensation algorithms, including full-temperature and nonlinear compensation, ensuring excellent dynamic response and stability. Designed with an industry-standard BGA package and SPI interface, it allows direct PCB mounting and seamless system integration. The module is widely used in autonomous driving, robotics, mobile mapping, IoT, field exploration, infrastructure inspection, and industrial control. It is pin-compatible with ADIS16475 for easy replacement and upgrade.

China Moneypro Low-Pressure Testing Component

This specialized low-pressure testing system is designed for high-performance quartz inertial devices used in aerospace applications. It enables detection of ultra-low pressure levels down to the mPa range, ensuring sealing integrity and long-term reliability of epoxy resin encapsulated structures. Developed by Baoding Ketu Precision Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the system meets the stringent testing requirements of space-grade quartz inertial devices. It supports dynamic testing of up to 12 devices simultaneously with an interlocked 12-channel keyboard switch design for efficient operation.

China Moneypro Vibration Testing Component

The Vibration Testing Module is designed for stress screening of quartz inertial devices and real-time data analysis during vibration testing. It enables detailed comparison of pre-vibration, in-vibration, and post-vibration data to identify product defects and reliability issues. The system integrates 24-channel high-speed A/D conversion and data acquisition units, and supports simultaneous power supply for up to 24 devices under test (DUTs), making it ideal for high-throughput testing environments.

China Moneypro MOPKT-JB4 High-Temperature and Shock-Resistant Quartz Flexure Accelerometer

The MOPKT-JB4 Series Quartz Flexure Accelerometer is a high-temperature, shock-resistant acceleration sensor designed for both static and dynamic measurement applications. It features excellent repeatability, fast startup performance, and strong vibration resistance. As a standard vibration sensing device, it delivers precise current output proportional to measured acceleration and is suitable for harsh industrial and aerospace environments up to 180°C.

This high-performance IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) module provides real-time measurement of 3-axis angular velocity and 3-axis acceleration for moving platforms. It integrates advanced compensation algorithms, including full-temperature compensation and nonlinear correction, ensuring stable and accurate output under dynamic conditions. Designed with an industry-standard BGA package and SPI interface, it can be directly soldered onto PCB boards. It is a cost-effective, compact, and highly efficient solution widely used in UAVs, robotics, surveying, industrial control, and infrastructure inspection applications. The module is also pin-to-pin compatible with ADIS16505.

The Functional Centrifugal Testing Component is designed for qualitative performance evaluation of quartz inertial devices within their measurement range. It ensures the qualification rate during precision range testing. By generating controlled centrifugal force through rotational motion, the system allows real-time analysis of sensor output characteristics under varying acceleration conditions.

China Moneypro MOPKT-JB3-D01 Dual-Axis Digital Accelerometer

The MOPKT-JB3D-01 is a high-precision dual-axis digital accelerometer designed to measure carrier acceleration along two axes as well as temperature signals. It features synchronized trigger output for multi-sensor data alignment and directly converts analog acceleration signals into digital output via a high-accuracy ADC. With compact integration and direct digital communication, it significantly reduces noise, simplifies system design, and improves reliability in navigation and industrial applications.
