Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS)
IWAVE’s IP MESH products feature a proprietary frequency-hopping algorithm that continuously monitors link quality—including signal strength (RSRP), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and bit error rate (SER). When conditions meet predefined thresholds, the system automatically hops to an optimal frequency from its available list. Frequency hopping occurs only when necessary, ensuring stable performance in varying wireless environments.
Automatic Frequency Point Control
On startup, the device first attempts to establish a network using the last-used frequency points. If those are unavailable or unsuitable, it seamlessly scans and switches to other available frequencies to ensure reliable network deployment.
